Namaqua National Park is a botanist’s paradise. Situated in the semi-desert lands innorth-western South Africa, on the Atlantic coast near the border with Namibia, the 700km² park is famous for her multiple brightly colored flowers of that cover her Kalahari plains and hills in a stunning beautiful bloom in spring (August and September). Located 500kms north of Cape Town, it is also home of over 3,500 plant species and the world’s largest concentration succulent plants.
